Applicants for Winter Camp in USTC can apply for USTC Fellowship. There are three different levels,
● Level A is funded by USTC, which includes: tuition waiver, Comprehensive Medical Insurance, free university dormitory, international travel subsidy and stipend;
● Level B is funded by USTC, which includes: tuition waiver, Comprehensive Medical Insurance, international travel subsidy and stipend ;
● Level C is funded by USTC, which includes: tuition waiver, Comprehensive Medical Insurance and international travel subsidy.
* To apply for the fellowship, applicants need to create their account on the USTC Application System and select the fellowship that they want to apply for. Applicants can apply for one level. USTC has the right to decide which level fellowship he/she may be given based on the comprehensive elevation of each applicant.
* If applicants don’t get admission with any level of fellowship, they could get admission as a self-financed student. More information on fees and payment could be found in corresponding factsheet.
Eligibility
1. Non-Chinese citizens with a valid foreign passport, in good mental and physical health
2. Good command of English
3. Current undergraduate student or master student
4. Students who have completed an undergraduate or a graduate program and wish to further their learning at USTC

Applicants who apply for USTC Fellowship Level B, Level C or support by themselves are required to complete application procedures online at least three months before expected entry date to USTC.

● Curriculum Vitae
● At least one letter of recommendation from full professors or associate professors (with phone number and email address)

● For undergraduate student: certificate of enrollment and transcript
●For master student/Ph.D student: certificate of enrollment, transcript, authenticated copies of degree Certificate, other graduation certificates of high educational institution if applicants have.
* If applicants already graduated but have not yet obtained the degree certificate, they must provide official documents explaining the reasons and stating clearly when they will obtain the degree certificate.
* Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized translations in Chinese or English.
